• Direct money access detected (high risk: 1.00). The onboarding skill explicitly includes payment-stack choices such as "stripe_billing", "stripe_metering", "x402", and related payment stubs. Those are specific payment gateway / billing integrations (Stripe and other payment stacks) rather than generic tooling. Selecting these options will enable/keep billing/payment code in the project (i.e., specific financial integrations), which fits the rule for Direct Financial Execution authority.
