The skill's CI/Docker examples run "go install github.com/modu-ai/moai-adk/cmd/moai@latest" (and then execute the installed moai/claude commands), which fetches and builds remote code that is executed at runtime and can control the agent's tooling/behavior (github.com/modu-ai/moai-adk/cmd/moai@latest).
