App QA Sweep (whole-application pass)

Exhaustively exercises an entire app, catalogs every defect, fixes them, and re-verifies. feature-verify proves ONE feature; this sweeps the whole product.

Phase 1 — Inventory (never test blind)

Build the feature map from evidence, not memory:

• Routes/pages: read the router (app/**/page.tsx, routes/, router config).
• API surface: every route handler / server action / endpoint.
• Interactive elements per page: forms, buttons, modals, filters, uploads.
• User roles: anonymous, authenticated user, admin.
• External integrations: auth provider, payments, email, storage, third-party APIs.

Output a checklist matrix: feature × role × state. That's the test plan. Show it to the user before running the sweep on a large app.
