Mandatory Dependencies

Before designing or creating anything:

2. Read and follow $busabase-app-creator for discovery, resource modeling, native Views, Vault requirements, security, AirApp engineering, scaffolding, validation, and deployment.

If either skill is unavailable, stop and report the missing dependency. Do not recreate its behavior inside this skill.
