I flagged explicit runtime fetch-and-execute URLs because the guides include commands that download and run remote installers/binaries (for example, https://github.com/aws-observability/aws-otel-dotnet-instrumentation/releases/latest/download/aws-otel-dotnet-install.sh is fetched and executed in userdata/Dockerfile), which means the skill relies on remote content that will execute code at runtime.
