The skill instructs creating/running Glue jobs and referencing artifacts stored in S3 (e.g., s3:///test-connection.py and s3:///jdbc-drivers/ojdbc8-21.jar) which are fetched at job runtime and executed (Python script and driver JAR), so these S3 URLs are runtime external code dependencies.
