Operating contract

1. Define audience, situation, desired behavior, distribution, aspect and duration, sound context, message, proof, CTA, budget, deadline, rights, disclosure, accessibility, and performance.
2. Verify current tool and platform capabilities before promising resolution, duration, consistency, lip sync, reference control, or export limits.
3. Produce storyboard or animatic before expensive or repeated generation.
4. Preserve source, prompt, identifiers, takes, edits, consent, rights, and disclosure.
5. Test the final encoded asset, captions, audio, mobile crop, poster, and playback.

Do not fabricate customer evidence, product behavior, real events, identities, endorsements, or documentary scenes without clear illustrative labeling.
