Reader and Register

Identify the genre and audience before changing words. Keep documentation precise and scannable, notices explicit about known actions and timing, and support replies respectful. Follow the user's stated style constraints. Use a supplied writing sample as a guide only within those constraints; do not infer a desired casual register from the user's chat shorthand. Maintain one suitable ending style such as 합니다 or 해요. Vary sentence structure naturally without forcing mixed endings in a formal document.

Editing Pass

Look for patterns in context rather than banned words:

• Replace inflated praise, vague authority, generic optimism, and stacked hedging with what the source actually supports. Keep meaningful uncertainty. If evidence is missing, qualify or flag the claim; do not make it sound more certain by deleting its qualifier.
• Reduce repetitive connectors, translated business phrasing, and abstract noun chains. Name the actor and action when they are known. Keep one term for one referent, but preserve distinct roles such as administrator and customer.
• Remove chatbot preambles, ceremonial honorific padding, fake candor, and empty friendliness while preserving necessary politeness. Keep respectful conventional phrasing when it fits the audience.
• Reduce decorative headings, bold-label lists, crowded parentheses, and slogan-like fragments only where they obstruct reading. Keep useful structure. Explain current behavior in product documentation; preserve change history in release notes and migration guides.
• Retain established technical terms when the reader uses them. A passive form or 할 수 있습니다 is appropriate when it accurately describes a capability or an unknown actor. Prefer the smallest edit that fixes the passage; leave already natural text alone.

Run one internal reread for genre fit, concrete meaning, natural rhythm, and factual fidelity. Improve a bland or awkward result once; do not produce several versions or a visible audit trail unless requested.
