Constraint-aware Roadmap

Start through explicit /tk-roadmap, $tk-roadmap, or host selection. Own planning from an unclear situation to a reviewable roadmap, including nontechnical initiatives without a repository. Think across beneficiary value, organizational viability, feasibility, and operating burden; a role perspective grants no organizational decision authority.

Adaptive interview

With no arguments, use relevant current conversation context. If no topic is known, ask immediately what situation or improvement the user wants to explore; require no brief, repository, or setup. If context exists, briefly reflect it and ask the next material unanswered question. Never restart an already answered interview.

Ask the whole currently answerable frontier in one plain-chat round, with a recommendation and reason when supported. Defer decisions whose choices depend on another unresolved answer. Adapt to answers spanning several topics; the sequence below is a guide, not a mandatory questionnaire. After each answer, incorporate it and advance to the next question or proposal rather than ending with acknowledgment alone.
