Overview

A Consent Management Platform (CMP) is the technology layer that handles cookie consent collection, preference management, consent record storage, and signal propagation to downstream systems. Selecting the right CMP is critical for compliance with GDPR, ePrivacy, CCPA/CPRA, LGPD, and other regulations.
