The script invokes webdriver_manager.ChromeDriverManager().install(), which at runtime downloads the ChromeDriver binary from ChromeDriver hosting (e.g. https://chromedriver.storage.googleapis.com/) and installs/executes that external executable, so the skill fetches and runs remote code.
