Push inventory collector

Generate one collector script for one self-managed scanner configuration. Do not assume a cloud vendor, a programming language, or a credential shape until the customer provides them. The script is the pull-scanner connection form on their machine, in the language they name. It reads their APIs, builds one payload per asset, uploads each payload, and then commits the scan. The scanner reconciles and publishes. The script does not publish by itself.

There is no universal provider credential set. There is no schedule on this scanner. Do not add a schedule, a last-run time, or a "run discovery" step.
