This is an operational GitOps remediation script rather than apparent malware. It has material security concerns: hardcoded credentials, unauthenticated transport over local HTTP, and unvalidated CLI values used in YAML and filesystem paths. Restrict or validate namespace/workload inputs, enforce resolved-path containment, and move credentials to a secure configuration mechanism.
