The runtime capabilities mostly match the stated purpose and are local to macOS data, but the installation story is internally inconsistent: the skill is named/authored around one CLI while instructing installation from a different publisher/package path. That supply-chain confusion is disproportionate for a local data access tool that also needs Full Disk Access and can delete/export sensitive content.
