The overall purpose is coherent for an eBay intelligence/search skill, but it depends on remote-installed external CLIs, imports browser cookies for authenticated scraping, exposes arbitrary webhook delivery, and adds a transitive MCP install path. These are proportionate enough to avoid a malicious classification, yet they make the skill medium/high risk compared with a simple read-only marketplace helper.
