The skill's render_project_diagram.py calls npx -y @mermaid-js/mermaid-cli at runtime (i.e. it will fetch and execute remote code from the npm registry, e.g. https://www.npmjs.com/package/@mermaid-js/mermaid-cli), so the skill relies on executing remotely retrieved code during runtime.
