Automation mining

Find the human work a specific change can remove, in what people actually do, never from thin air. Separate what the activity shows from what you infer. A proposal is a candidate for owner review; it is not proof of demand, feasibility, time saved, or business value. The loop:

1. Take stock of what you can read
2. One seed question
3. Read the high-intent surface whole, in its own units, into a ledger of candidate tasks
4. Shape check with the owner
5. Deepen survivors: enumerate instances, then try to kill each candidate
6. Write the report, started at the shape check
7. Propose at most five changes, one task each, each field by its test
8. Collect a verdict on each
