Team Mode Note: When operating as a team member (not the CEO), do NOT invoke this skill directly. Instead, send a GATE_READY message to the CEO via SendMessage. The CEO will present the gate on your behalf.
Only the CEO uses this skill to present gates to the user.
When to Use
Required at every department handoff:
- CEO → All: Project scope (before any work starts)
- Product Manager → Design/Dev/QA: PRD approval
- QA Lead → Development: Test plan approval
- UI/UX Designer → Development: Design spec approval
- QA Lead → CEO: Release readiness approval (before delivery)
Never skip this gate. Even if the deliverable seems obviously correct.
