TDD Quality Workflow

When to use

Use for guiding, reviewing, or retrospectively assessing test-driven feature work or fixes with phase evidence and test effectiveness. For a single test artifact, test analysis, or release decision, select the corresponding specialist Skill.

Workflow

1. Read prompts/tdd-quality-workflow.md; establish the goal, behavior, project conventions, evidence, and authorized scope.
2. When implementation and execution are authorized, work one observable behavior at a time through Red, Green, and Refactor; for a review, assess the supplied material.
3. Check the actual result, revision, and provenance of each phase; evaluate business assertions, negative paths, mocks, and evidence of effectiveness.
4. Apply optional quality gates when appropriate to the project and report phase states, evidence, exceptions, and residual risks.
