Use the herdr CLI to inspect or control the current Herdr session.

Verify the session

Run this check before any Herdr control command:

test "${HERDR_ENV:-}" = 1

If it fails, say that this agent is not running inside Herdr and stop. Do not inspect or control a focused Herdr session from outside Herdr.
