The skill instructs creating and controlling tmux windows and files and explicitly automates accepting a "--dangerously-skip-permissions" prompt (sending the "2" keystroke) which programmatically bypasses an application's permission check, so it encourages bypassing security controls and modifying runtime state even though it doesn't request sudo or system-level file edits.
