Extract a full design system bundle

Given a live URL, run the 9-stage pipeline and emit a bundle under .design_systems/<domain>-YYYYMMDD/ (host dots→hyphens). The output bundle layout and the AGENTS.md consumption template are specified in references/output-bundle-spec.md.
