Nestr Governance (Tensions)

A tension is the gap between current reality and a desired state. In Nestr you process tensions through governance: propose a change, the circle consents, it enacts.

First run nestr profiles add (OAuth or API key) — a profile pairs a workspace with an identity. Global flags on every command: -p/--profile, -o text|json, --read-only (block writes), and --yes (skip write confirmations; required for agents). Find ids: nestr circles list for a circle, nestr tensions list <circleId> for its tensions, and nestr tensions mine for the ones you created or are assigned to.
