Quick Diagnosis
| Symptom | Likely Cause |

| Empty data returned | RLS policies blocking access |
| "Not authorized" | Missing or invalid auth token |
| "JWT expired" | Token needs refresh |
| Slow queries | Missing indexes or RLS subqueries |
| Connection refused | Wrong URL or service down |
