Purpose

Systematically onboard AI to a project by discovering its structure, stack, and conventions. Produces two output files:

• PROJECT_OVERVIEW.md — project metadata, stack, and configuration
• CODING_CONVENTIONS.md — coding patterns and standards

How to Use This Skill

1. Start by confirming the onboarding workflow and its mandatory versus optional phases.
2. Research and write the project overview before documenting coding conventions.
3. Get user approval before writing conventions or running optional audits.
4. End with a summary of written files, optional checks, and unresolved follow-ups.
