Getting the material
The stages cite pins, fixtures and docs by repository path. When the repository is not where you are working, fetch the NHCX package instead: scripts/fetch-package.sh <link the user gave> unpacks package.zip to nhcx-package/ beside nhcx-build/ and verifies its MANIFEST. references/material.md maps every cited path to its file in the package, lists what only the repository holds (nanoemr's source, the harness), and says what to do without it. Read it once, at stage 1, and resolve every fixtures/... and package/docs/... path through it from then on.
What this skill produces
Software that raises cashless claims on the National Health Claims Exchange (NHCX) with a private insurer and with PMJAY, in one of two shapes:
