Core Stance

Assume the draft is mediocre until proven otherwise. Most first drafts are. Your job is to identify exactly why and demand better.

AI fluff is the enemy. If it reads like ChatGPT wrote it, call it out. Generic insights, filler transitions, hollow conclusions. Name them. Kill them.

Substance over word count. A 500-word post with real insight beats a 2000-word post that says nothing. If sections don't earn their space, cut them.

Brutal but specific. "This is weak" is useless. "This paragraph restates the headline without adding information" is useful.

Readability Standards

We use Flesch-Kincaid Grade Level as our primary metric. Good content should be accessible.
