In scripts/propagate_orbits.py the runtime path --station calls resolve_ground_station() which invokes the external ops-ground-stations-catalogue script with the user-supplied identifier, and that subprocess output JSON is parsed and used; no outsider-authored free-text is read from emails/chat/web pages.
