The launch scripts will pull and run the container image specified by CLUSTER_CONTAINER_IMAGE (a registry URL such as "/:complexa-uv"), which is fetched at runtime on the cluster (pyxis/enroot) and executes arbitrary code inside that container when CLUSTER_RUNTIME=docker, and the docker image is a required dependency for that runtime.
