DOCA DPA High-Level Tracer

Examples

• "My DPA kernel is doing the wrong thing — where do I look?" — this is in scope when there is no host-side DOCA_ERROR_*. Capture then decode; do not start with cycle-only profiles.
• "TRACE mode buried the DPA in observation overhead." — switch capture window and TRACE vs CRIT before changing the kernel.
