• "DPA kernel never sees entries in the exported pipe." — this is in scope. Honor the export handshake order; do not rebuild the Flow pipe from the DPA kernel.
• "BAD_STATE from _pipe_export." — finish _export_prepare and add entries before _export. Do not skip to the device address.
