• "How many rules per second can my BlueField insert?" — this is in scope. Stay on doca_flow_perf; do not retune a live Flow app here.
• "DPDK vs DOCA benchmark." — pick the JSON policy and backend; capture the four-tuple that makes Kops/sec defensible.
• "My production pipeline is losing hardware offload." — out of scope: that is diagnosing a live Flow application, owned by doca-flow-tune. Name it and stop; do not run a doca_flow_perf benchmark for it.
