The skill explicitly performs a WebFetch of any user-provided URL at runtime ("If $ARGUMENTS is provided, use it (URL → WebFetch)"), and the fetched content is then used to drive analysis and implementation decisions (i.e., it can directly control the agent's prompts/instructions), so arbitrary remote URLs provided at runtime are a high-risk external dependency.
