Competitor compare
Compare eligibility first, then comparable costs.
Steps
-
Identify the decision, must-haves, team size, geography, currency, and acceptable billing basis. Ask only for missing criteria that can change the winner.
-
Read each candidate's official pricing and plan-specific feature sources. Record checked date and supporting passage. Roadmaps are promises, not available features.
-
Mark every must-have yes, no, or unknown. Missing documentation is unknown, not no. Eliminate confirmed failures before ranking price or nice-to-haves.
-
Normalize units for the requested usage. Show seat counts, minimums, monthly equivalent, annual cash commitment, taxes if known, and cancellation terms. Do not mix a per-seat fee with a workspace fee.
-
Recommend only when decisive facts are supported. Otherwise give a conditional shortlist and the exact missing fact. Separate vendor claims from independent experience.
Output
Candidate | must-have status | billing basis | normalized cost | commitment | source | unknowns; recommendation.
