The compose and helper scripts will pull and run remote container images at runtime — notably image: traefik:v3 in references/dev-proxy.docker-compose.yml (pulled by docker compose up) and docker run --rm ... alpine in scripts/wt — which fetches and executes remote code required for the skill to operate.
