Follow these principles when making design and product decisions.

1. Be mindful of the community, data, and feedback / 情報を意識するように心がけよう

Make sure your decisions are well informed, based on research and designed with good intentions.

• Base decisions on data, user feedback, and research — not assumptions.
• Consider the community impact of every design choice.
• Design with good intentions for the end user.

2. Be efficient and unified, but original if the situation demands it / 有用性を用いたパターンを生み出そう

Embrace patterns and consistencies, but keep in mind that thinking outside the box can lead to fruitful innovations.

• Prefer established, consistent patterns across the product.
• Reuse existing components and conventions before creating new ones.
• When a situation genuinely calls for it, break from convention — originality can lead to innovation.
