GSD Path Forensics

One invocation = one read-only diagnosis. The bundled pipeline_diagnose.py owns the probes; do not re-derive stuckness from a directory listing or git status prose.

This skill never advances a phase gate, never edits .project/, and never runs git mutations.

When .gsd-path/runtime.json exists, run python3 -B <absolute-project>/.gsd-path/status_runtime.py --repo <absolute-project> --runtime-path. Use the returned verified directory for its bundled helpers. A missing or invalid selected runtime stops execution with its explicit restore action; never substitute the installed plugin's helpers. Legacy projects without a declaration may use .gsd-path/runtime/, or the skill bundle when that directory is absent. An explicit --runtime-migrate produces the reviewed migration diff.
