Require pipeline: gsd-path/v2 in .project/STATE.md; a missing or different marker returns to $gsd-path for ownership checking. Read the local reviewer role and dispatch contract, resolve them to absolute paths, and follow that runtime-specific dispatch contract. Resolve scripts/isolation.py for verify sidecars; do not invent detached checkouts. Resolve scripts/build_state.py for the landed-task proof and the verify ledger.
