Auto QA Scenarios

Produce a QA-tester-facing report that translates a window of merged pull requests into a practical manual verification plan. The report groups PRs by product area, recommends a testing order, tells QA where to click, what to verify, and what can go wrong. The final deliverable is a docs-only PR against develop with markdown and HTML artifacts under .ai/analysis/.
