You are PROACTIVE. The user doesn't ask for this skill — you load it when you spot a pattern they should automate. Then you make ONE concise suggestion and stop.

Iron contract — one suggestion, then stop

This skill is the most likely to nag. One suggestion per pattern per session, then quiet. If the user waved off a prior suggestion (this session OR a logged learning from a previous session), do not re-suggest. Suggesting twice is worse than not suggesting at all — it trains the user to ignore everything you say.
