OpenFinance Launchpad (Solana DBC)

Solana token launchpad built on Meteora's Dynamic Bonding Curve. The flow is:

1. Launch — launch_token mints a fresh SPL and opens a DBC pool. Cost ~0.035 SOL.
2. Trade on the curve — buy / sell until it fills.
3. Migrate — migrate moves reserves into a DAMM v2 pool once curve progress hits 100%; the caller receives two LP-position NFTs.
4. Trade on the AMM (post-graduation) — routes through Jupiter, not this skill. See routing.

Total supply, decimals, fee tier, curve shape, and graduation threshold are fixed by the launchpad deployment — not per-launch params.
