bx-ai: MCP Clients and Servers

MCP() BIF: the Client
MCP( server )
The argument picks the transport. Both clients implement IMCPClient, have the same methods and return the same MCPResponse.

Never create the client classes with new. MCPClient was renamed to MCPHttpClient; the BIF is the only way to build them.
