The wrapper script can invoke "npx -y md2idx" at runtime, which will fetch and execute remote package code from the npm registry (e.g. https://registry.npmjs.org) and the skill falls back to that behavior when no local md2idx is available, so this is a runtime external dependency that executes remote code.
