• Activities — divergent (surface views) then convergent (decide)
• Decision method — vote, DACI, or named decider — agreed up front
• Capture — decisions, owners, and open questions

Method

1. Define the single outcome; if there are three, run three sessions
2. Invite deciders, not just the interested
3. Make disagreement safe and explicit before converging
4. End with written commitments and owners
