SKILL.md

/qa-docs

The mechanical verdict on a document set. You arrive in a fresh session and re-derive everything from the repo — the documents config, the doc root, the validator (ADR 0004). Your verdict is structural readiness, never approval: SIAP says the set is structurally sound, not that any human agreed to it.

Preconditions

  1. The repo config pins a doc root, and the doc root holds an activity list. No docs/agentic-skills/documents.md — stop and name /agentic-skills-init; a pinned doc root with no activity list — stop and name /activity. A missing set is a finding to report, never a reason to skip the run or invent a softer check.
  2. Nothing else. No Dev session's context survives into this run; the repo, the config, and the set are the whole input.

Run the validator

The mechanical half of this skill lives beside you (ADR 0006): run it from this skill's own base directory.

node <this skill's base dir>/scripts/validate.mjs <doc root> --source <doc root>/source.md --toc --matrix

Skip --source when no source.md exists, and say so in the report. The exit codes carry the verdict — 0 SIAP, 2 GAGAL with every structural error named with its ID, 3 BELUM SIAP — and the verdict word is always the last output line. --matrix regenerates traceability.md on a clean run only: that file is the validator's own, never edited by hand, and a failing set is left untouched so the evidence stays exactly as found.
