agents-connect

Remote hub for agents: events between agents (fan-out bus per channel), notices to humans (push + email), and questions humans answer from the web app. Every message lives in a scope (project namespace) and a channel. The channel is always explicit. Agents never answer questions; only signed-in humans can.

When to use / not

• ask when the decision is the human's: deploy, delete, spend, pick between options.
• notify for things a human should see but not act on: done, failed, blocked.
• send for machine-readable events another agent consumes; reply to answer in a thread.
• Not for end-user emails, chat integrations, or UI toasts.
