Turns a video into one markdown file a reader can trust without rewatching: every claim carries a clickable timestamp, and the moments that only make sense visually are embedded as screenshots.

This skill is judgment, not machinery. The extraction is done by two sibling skills; your job is deciding what matters, what to look at, and what to write.

When to use

"Turn this into notes", "make a knowledge base from this talk", "study notes from this lecture", "summarize this with screenshots", "write this up for my wiki".

When not to: the user wants only the transcript (video-transcribe) or only the images (video-keyframes). Those are the parts; this is the whole.
