Phase 1: Brief Input Collection
Before planning, collect:
- Campaign goal: [awareness / lead gen / pipeline acceleration / retention / launch]
- Target audience: [persona, firmographic, technographic -- be specific]
- Offer / product: [what is being promoted, if anything]
- Budget: [total available]
- Timeline: [start date, end date, key milestones]
- Success metrics: [primary KPI and secondary KPIs]
- Constraints: [channels you cannot use, creative resource limits, compliance requirements, geographic restrictions]
- What has worked before: [highest-performing historical campaigns]
- What has not worked: [channels or approaches to avoid]
