NSFR FORMULA
NSFR = Available Stable Funding (ASF) / Required Stable Funding (RSF) >= 100%
Purpose: Ensure banks maintain a stable funding profile over a 1-year time horizon, reducing dependence on short-term wholesale funding that evaporated in 2008.
