Apple-canon design system consultation for SwiftUI projects. Output: DESIGN.md + DesignSystem/ Swift Package + DESIGN.html (via htmlify).

Locating this skill's files: templates/, schema/ and bin/ live NEXT TO this SKILL.md, not in the user's project. Set SKILL_DIR to this skill's base directory (shown when the skill loads) and reference every asset as $SKILL_DIR/templates/…, $SKILL_DIR/schema/…, $SKILL_DIR/bin/…. This resolves both in the plugin repo and in a marketplace install — never assume cwd contains skills/.

Phase numbering is historical: former Phases 2, 4 and 5 were folded into Phases 3 and 6 during earlier revisions. The remaining numbers (0, 1, 3, 6) are kept stable because cross-references cite them.
